GW:EN pre-sale version key. - Guild Wars Forums

I purchaseed the Guild Wars: Eye of the North pre-sale (demo version). And apparently I want to gain acess to the exclusive weapons and the 10hr for 144 days trial. Since i missed the Sneak Peak from August. I bought this for like 1$ but it was hard to find lol. Well my problem is that the key only has 10 letters. Where do I add it? I went to my account, clicked Edit Account, clicked manage keys, clicked add keys and apparently there are like 5 fields for adding an acess key. And each field has space for 5 letters so in total there are 25 letters and my thing is only ten. Can someone please help?

Are you sure those 10 letters = the key?

The key's in the Shield thing which you have to rip/cut open.

WOW THANK YOU SO MUCH! My whole alliance couldn't help me out. LOL thank you so much. I feel like a n00b now lol. Cuz I thot it was like u can rip it out as a collectors item lol.
